Our story began with a simple yet profound realization: the transformative power of healthy eating and mindful living. What started as a personal journey to improve my well-being soon grew into a passion for sharing this lifestyle with others.
While living in Spain during my Erasmus program, I became increasingly inspired by the vibrant health and wellness culture. A visit to Barcelona introduced me to an exciting world of vegetarian and vegan restaurants, as well as juice bars specializing in cold-pressed juices—a concept that was still relatively new in Spain. This sparked a deep curiosity and motivated me to study and explore this innovative approach to well-being.
In 2017, we turned this vision into reality, hitting the streets with our iconic VW van and an original menu. Our concept was fresh, mobile, eco-friendly, and designed with a creative, sustainable ethos.
Since then, Vantastic has become a beloved part of Madeira’s community, growing steadily and staying true to our mission of promoting health, sustainability, and culinary delight. We’re passionate about making wellness accessible, one delicious bite and sip at a time.
